Familiarisation (FAM) Tours and Receptions and/or Activities at the 2026 SIEBA HUI Agent Forum provide valuable opportunities to showcase your school and region to event participants. With full flexibility to design each aspect of your event, you can highlight what makes your organisation distinctive and create a lasting impression that strengthens your brand.

Fam Tour/Reception/Activity Guidelines

FAM Tour Guidelines, Receptions and Activities organisers have full responsibility for all aspects of their tour, including logistics, participation criteria, and associated costs. This also includes deciding which delegates are accepted to join the tour.

SIEBA will not be involved in the organisation or management of FAM Tours, Receptions or Activities but will ensure that tours promoted are relevant to the event participants and that there are fair representation and visibility of all tours offered.

Delegates interested in joining a FAM Tour, Reception or Activity will be asked to contact the organiser directly. Organisers are responsible for confirming or declining participants.

Organisers wishing to promote their FAM Tour, Reception or Activity alongside the 2026 SIEBA HUI Agent Forum must submit a proposal to SIEBA for approval HERE.

Please note that agents participating in FAM Tours, receptions or activities are expected to attend the 2026 SIEBA HUI Agent Forum on 12 May. FAM Tours and Receptions can only happen before or after the HUI (12-14 May).
